Flawless experience from start to finish. I purchased a second hand car from Audi Five Dock and was an extremely fussy buyer. Stephen answered all my questions with patience, friendliness and understanding. Steven, Mark and the rest of the team made it very easy to trust them and purchase with confidence. Upon picking up the car I had an issue with very squeaky breaks, and the team handled it flawlessly - without any questions asked, they had me return the car to them for repairs. Before I knew it they had a replacement Audi for me to drive in the meantime, and reassured me they would put brand new breaks on my car and rectify the issue. Upon picking up my car after the repair, it drove like an absolute dream and the issue was completely gone. Steven & Mark's communication was excellent and I am very happy with my experience and purchase. I will definitely be back in future!

I had horrid experience at Audi five dock. I was lied to several times by the sales and finance department, one lie which would have costed me $5000 extra in the long run (but who cares as long as they seal the deal). I still went ahead with them and purchased. However, 2 days after taking my new car I was called and told they mistakenly charged me $2500+ less than they should have. Before buying the car, the sales dep offered me a service pack for free and it was included in the contract. I even brought it up to the finance guy and I was reassured that it was included. They asked me (after I've already taken the car) for $2500 more otherwise it would come out of the trainees wages, which seems really illegal and immoral too. I then phoned the general manager who was defending his lying employee. After I began listed every lie one by one, He eventually left it and did not ask for the additional $2500+ and ended the call abruptly. To top it all off, my car came with 2 interior scratches which I was promised over 10 times would be resolved. I would email, no answer. I would call, they would tell me they'll write up an email and they never do. I even went in person and they promised they will get back to me and have it fixed, it never happened. It was a 5 month battle until finally the service department took matters into their own hands and bypassed sales refusal to even look into the matter. (I've given service a 5 star review) This is all but half of the issues I had with Audi Five dock, I would best avoid this place. It is unprofessional all the way from the top. from Management, Sales and even Finance, all there staff seem to be trained to lie through their teeth. I'm not someone who writes negative reviews but these guys shocked me with how bad they were. It would be interesting to see how Audi Responds to this review if at all.
